This weekend we went to our local farmers market and I bought kale to try. I made it tonight for dinner and we loved it! It was so good.....and very easy. All I did was melt butter in a pan on the stove, add onions and cooked until they softened, pulled the leaves off of the stem (I'm not even sure if this was necessary) and added it to the mix, and cooked until it was bright green and soft. I seasoned with some fresh lemon juice, sea salt, cracked pepper and trader joes 21 seasoning. Yum!!!
