I finally hung up curtains in the kitchen. That bay window stumped me for a long time, but I think I finally like what I came up with. I (well, John :) hung the curtains really high to try and make the room feel open.

I also "winterized" the mantle...I needed to take down the Christmas stuff but wasn't ready for spring quite yet :).

At Target in the Christmas clearance, I found some twig balls just like this! I even found lights to go in them, but haven't put it all together yet. I did hang them on the mantle though!
